foxapparels store 100% printed and shipped all orders in the USA. We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

You will see the handling time and Estimated shipping time on the checkout page.

All our products are made as ordered and printed on demand just for you, so they will be put through a production process, therefore there will be a Handling Time on them.

All items are shipped out around 3-7 working days after receipt of payment. From there, all domestic orders will take approximately 7-15 working days to arrive.

On average, the order is produced and shipped from our facility 3-7 business days after purchase with standard shipping.

How long would it take for my order to be shipped?

As we are a print-on-demand company, so it takes 3-7 business days to process the products. Customers, please give us several days depends on the product type that you ordered. Ninety-five percent of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business days for all products.

What carriers my order will be shipped with?

We ship our domestic orders with USPS, DHL, OSM depend on recipient address to improve delivery speed and cost-effectiveness.

It could take 3-7 business days for delivery within the U.S.

It takes 1-3 weeks for delivery with international orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We will send you a tracking number via email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on “Track Your Order” in the Main Menu.

If you didn’t receive an email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Chargeback, in some cases, Emails don’t get send automatically.

Where is my order?

To check on the status of an order please use the tracking number that we send to your email.

If you have ordered several items, they are often shipped out in separate packages so you may receive them on different days. You will receive an email with a tracking number for each package sent.

How much does shipping cost?

Most apparel items are:

  • Standard shipping: $4.99 for the first item, +$1.50 for one additional item
  • 2-3 days USPS shipping: $10.00 for the first item, + $4.00  for one additional item
  • International shipping: $7.50 for the first item, +$5.95 for one additional item

For Hoodie and Sweatshirt:

  • Standard shipping: $6.99 for the first item, +$2.99 for one additional item
  • 2-3 days shipping: $12.00 for the first item, +$6.00 for one additional item
  • International shipping: $7.50 for the first item, +$5.95 for one additional item

When will my order ship out?

Orders usually ship 1-3 days from the date the production process started. Actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on local postal service in your area.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping is available worldwide through a variety of different carriers.

Why I cannot choose fastship for my order?

here are certain colors that are rare or always low in stock that require more time to process so that we cannot offer fast shipping with these specific colors on the orders. If you wish to have your items to deliver faster, feel free to contact us at [email protected], so we can have a look and do the best that we can.

Expedited Shipping 2-3 days via USPS Shipping (only USA)

My tracking number isn’t working.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can experience delays updating their site or delivering an order. If the tracking number is still not working within 4 business days then processing time policy, please contact us at [email protected]

I haven't received a shipment notification.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, the email may have been directed to your spam folder. If it is not there, please reach out at [email protected] as we may have the incorrect email on file. Make sure to include the name on the shipping information, your email, and anything else that might be helpful!

How do you handle Customs/Duty Charges?

Customs and duty charges may be applicable depending on the country of origin, size, weight and/or value of your order.

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

My package is marked delivered, but I never received it.

If your package is marked delivered, but you never received it, follow these steps:

  1. Check around your home/apartment in case the postal carrier placed the package in an odd spot.
  2. Ask your neighbors as they may have received your package instead.
  3. Reach out to your local post office for information regarding the package.
  4. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at [email protected]
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. If you believe error contact us [email protected].

Shipping multiple orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

What is your refund policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products and fully guarantee our workmanship. If there is any defect or error on our part, Customer could request a refund. We typically acknowledge the following problems:

  • Bad printing quality: fuzzy, not centered, design cut off, smudge colors
  • Damage product
  • Wrong size/color/product type
  • Wrong design
  • Printing error: missing design, printed on the back instead of the front …

Please contact our customer service with some information in question, our agents will handle your requests:

  • Order Number. & Received shipping label,
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable). Kindly take an unboxing process video in case there is a problem with your order for a resolution. To resolve your case, send us the shipping label and proof of your problem,
  • Complete delivery address.

Our policy may last 15 days from the arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

Please note that we are unable to refund orders which function properly and are the same as what you order.

Shipping to multiple locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Cancel, modify or edit order

You can only cancel your order within 12 hours from purchasing time of the same day.

  • Cancellations made within the first hour from purchasing time of the same day will be issued a full refund of 100% order value (without Tip given by customers)
  • Cancellations made after 1 hour but still within 12 hours from purchasing time of the same day will be issued a 70% refund of order value. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied in this case. Remember, you cannot cancel or modify your order if it has progressed to an advanced preparation status.
Customs charges and delays

Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which are out of our control. For more information, please contact your local Customs office.

The tracking shows that the order is delivered, but you didn't receive it

Please kindly verify if the package was delivered to an unexpected location. You should also ask the guard/reception or the neighbours if someone has picked up the package. It’s also a good idea to check with the nearest post office. We do not do reshipping or refunding the order if the tracking confirms that it has been shipped.

The package cannot be delivered due to incorrect/incomplete address

The orders are shipped to the address that you submit to our system. We do not take any responsibilities for incorrect/incomplete address. If you still wants the product, we suggest to pass a new order with the correct address
